For the Foundation, the volunteering is essencial part in the development of the big work that perform Dra. Maria Luisa Piraquive in order to help disadvantaged communities, for this in Santander we have directed ours effort for celebring in one event “International day of the voluntary” and the educational campaign “A day for the children” with children of scarce resources, those who live in vulnerability´s conditions.
This big celebration it carried out in Piedeloma, recreational place, where got together 136 peolple between volunteers and children of the Floridablanca town, Giron and Bucaramanga, those who enjoyed of a great day with serenade, differents games, swimming pool and some competition about of Foundation where the participants won beautiful details.
Thanks to the support of ours donants in this department we delivedred 1,967 aid between shoes, clothes, kitchen games, toilet equipment and toys for children.
