In Toronto, Canada, in collaboration with Second Harvest and through its program called “Feeding Our Future”, FIMLM extended its helping hand to 600 children during the summer months of 2022. For nine consecutive weeks, the children received kits with recreational materials and healthy snacks, such as vegetables, fruits and proteins, which would otherwise be unaffordable for these children living in low-income communities, during these out-of-school months.

The Foundation visited for the first time the residence “Les Jardins de l’Aubade” where 40 seniors enjoyed a day full of surprises and recreation.
The Foundation donated food baskets in the city of Montreal, where 190 people were benefited.
The Foundation celebrated 109 volunteers on their day with the event “One Day for the Volunteer” in the city of Montreal.
In the city of Montreal, at the Ahuntsic College, the Foundation held the Awakening Entrepreneur Program graduation ceremony for the English Courses and the Personal Finances Workshop, where more than 80 people of different nationalities graduated.
The Foundation held One Day for Kids in the city of Toronto – Canada. Families and children enjoyed a day full of teachings, contests and games.
The Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation celebrated for the 4th consecutive time, One Day for the Elder, in the retirement home situated in Cartierville, on November 2nd, 2019.
The Foundation benefited 48 elders; 35 women and 13 men. It was a fun-filled day!
The Foundation celebrated for the 8 th consecutive year the event “One Day for Kids” at VanierCollege in the city of Montreal. This event benefited more than 440 children between the agesof 0 to 12 years old and this year’s theme was: A Healthy Lifestyle.
