16 Oct: One Day for Kids in Montreal – Canada

The educational campaign “One Day for Kids” 2015 took place at the community center Saint-Jean-Berchmans in Montreal, Canada. 150 people attended to this event, among them 70 kids of scarce resources were benefited. Pencils, notebooks, colors, toys and food were gifted. Kids enjoyed a day full of joy, happiness, entertainment and learned through stories the importance of values in the society.

16 Oct: One Day for Kids in Toronto – Canada

Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation Canada celebrated its educational campaign “One Day for Kids” 2015 at Grandravine community centre in the city of Toronto.The event was attended by 48 people including 10 children who participated in recreational and leisure activities, promoting values in a warm space with laughter, games and gifts.

23 May: Cleanup activity at the park Ahuntsic in Montreal – Canada

Last Saturday May 2nd 2015, Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation Canada carried out a cleanup activity at the park Ahuntsic in the city of Montreal. 36 volunteers assisted with the objective to help the borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville clean up, following the end of winter and for the purpose of families and children to enjoy a clean park during these spring and summer months.

12 Ene: English Pronunciation Course in London – Canada

Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation in Canada is offering two courses of English Pronunciation to immigrants in two schools in London, Ontario, completely free with the goal that they can speak the English language correctly, and therefore improve their quality of life.  

We have students from Angola, Argelia, Arabian Peninsula, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, China, South Korea, Lebanon, Pakistan, Syria, and Romania.

06 Sep: Clean up of adopted park in London – Canada

Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation in Canada adopted Jesse Davidson’s Park in London, Ontario, Canada two years ago with the commitment of keeping the park clean by conducting regular clean ups.

The City of London invited Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation in Canada to the Adopt-A- Park Celebration Event on September 6, 2014 to recognized us for our work cleaning Jesse Davidson’s park with a certificate.
