Communication is a vital skill that María Luisa de Moreno International Foundation – Canada helps immigrants develop to facilitate their integration into Canadian society. Our program provided in French and English, our two official languages, help improve basic language skills, and also provides access to local community resources. Spanish courses, and English pronunciation courses are also offered. This program is available in Ottawa, London, Toronto, Edmonton and Montreal.
Productive Families
In addition to our language program, we also offer counselling to those who face difficulties in understanding professional, governmental and immigration processes due to lack of experience with either the French or the English language. We provide useful information to immigrants in order to ease their settlement in Canada.
We offer workshops throughout the year with topics that benefit the community (health and nutrition, immigration, job search, among others).
