Starting in the winter season and well into Spring, 3,057 families have benefited weekly from the food deliveries made by the Foundation.
Several hundred pounds of fruits, vegetables and proteins, among other nutritious foods, are collected, classified and packed every Monday by the volunteers with the purpose of delivering it to the people who need it most, during the rest of a given week.
With smiles and gratitude, families who arrive from different parts of the city go home with the satisfaction of having received a great benefit that helps meet their basic needs.
