On May 30, 2026, the Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation held a Volunteer Day celebration in Vancouver to thank and recognize the volunteers who generously give their time and effort to support the Foundation’s work.
It was a fun evening filled with laughter, fellowship, and appreciation. Volunteers enjoyed karaoke, a live Mariachi performance, and an interactive game where they learned more about the Foundation’s institutional values: Commitment, Honesty, Justice and Equity, Respect, Responsibility, Service, Solidarity, and Tolerance.
Throughout the evening, attendees enjoyed refreshments and shared a special cake to celebrate the occasion. There were also games and raffles, where lucky winners received gift baskets filled with food.
As a symbol of our gratitude for their dedication and service, each volunteer was gifted an official Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation hat.
The Foundation is grateful for the commitment of every volunteer who helps make a difference in the community. Through their service and dedication, they continue to promote values and bring support to those who need it most.
