A Day of Gratitude and Recognition for Our Dedicated Volunteers

The Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation celebrated Volunteer Day in Gatineau with a special recognition event dedicated to honoring the valuable work of those who generously contribute their time, talent, and effort in service to others. Nearly 20 volunteers participated in this meaningful gathering, organized to express gratitude for their commitment and to strengthen the bonds that make the Foundation’s social initiatives possible.

The celebration was marked by an atmosphere of joy, fellowship, and teamwork. Attendees took part in recreational activities, trivia games, raffles, and group dynamics designed to encourage participation and collaboration. Each activity highlighted the importance of volunteerism as a driving force for social change and recognized the positive impact volunteers have on communities through their dedication and spirit of service.

As part of the event, participants received gifts and tokens of appreciation in recognition of their ongoing willingness to serve and support those most in need. The occasion also emphasized how their work reflects the values of solidarity, empathy, and service that define the Foundation and contribute to building a more compassionate and socially committed society.

Through this recognition event, the Foundation reaffirms its gratitude to every volunteer and its commitment to continuing to promote a culture of service, inspiring more people to join initiatives that transform lives and bring hope to the community.
